We work with the children in the play area every Tuesday 10.30 am - 12.00 pm. We have taught them action songs, told them stories in Tamil and Telugu. Most of them like to do shading and colouring in the sheets we provide them. For the older children we try to do simple activities like addition, subtraction and some children try the multiplication tables too. Based on their English skills we ask them to start on alphabets and give them simple words to write. In the future, we would like to do some simple general knowledge activities. Some of the children are bright and intelligent, so accordingly we give them activities. We hope to continue our work and help the children as much as possible.

Thanks for the opportunity extended to us to conduct art & craft classes for the children at your institute. It has been a very unique experience for Cocoon Crafts conducting weekly sessions for the past two months. Aligning with the principles of "Cocoon Crafts" to bring out the best in every child and discover the joy of learning, we are trying our best in entertaining children who are undergoing treatment in your institute. Also, with our unique approach, the children enjoyed the sessions and we were happy to see that they could spend these couple of hours every week without any other worries and pain in their mind. Our thematic sessions based on the festivals and seasons were also interesting for the children who were eagerly anticipating every week. We wish to continue to conduct art & craft classes for the children who undergo treatment and continue our commitment to make ourselves to be part of your mission in this noble cause.
